「There is no air con and the window cannot be opened. There is no curtain near the bath tub. No staff come to clean up after 11 am. Breakfast which costs 12.5 pounds but very few choices . Small hotel not quite the same as in the advertisement. 」

「First time at Malmaison with 2 small dogs. Room was a suite and only had booked a standard double room. Absolutely beautiful with bath and Jack and Jill shower facilities and sinks. Extra room to side with circular couch bed and flat screen TV . Staff very helpful. Unable to take dogs into Brasserie restaurant but are in for stairs bar and food brought to table. But more difficult at breakfast but eventually after explaining unable to up and down lift with breakfast we were allowed to sit in...
