「Good sized room with opening windows. I didn’t anticipate a shared bathroom when I booked. Rubbish bin full, no soap in hand basin dispenser and shower needing a good clean before I could use it. Bedroom clean sheets but stains on the walls. Not very inviting. Great to have parking but grounds need attention. The property was in the next suburb Rosyth not Dunfermline as advertised in Expedia. The Dunfermline property was permanently closed. 3 night stay with no fresh towels or coffee etc. top...

「We booked for 2 nights and stayed a 3rd as we loved it so much! Greg met us and got us settled in and was very helpful with suggestions for things to see and restaurants. The accommodations were so beautiful and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were excellent and well presented. Location is excellent and loved Pitlochry so much. It really shows the pride taken in running this lovely B&B. Best we have stayed at and we have stayed in many over the years. Thanks again Greg and Sue...

Added bonus, the breakfast room is set up with same level of refreshments, all day, much appreciated after a walk up from the town in the evening. 「We had a really lovely 1-day stay at Leven House. The hotel itself is positioned really close to the town center, and has a really calm and lovely atmosphere about it. Our room was so clean and cozy, with PHENOMENAL shower pressure. The owner was so kind and chatty, the breakfast was tasty, and overall we just had a really nice time. Will definitely be staying here again and will be recommending to all of our family and friends.」
