The owners were very nice. The breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. We were directly on a busy road, with our room facing it. The owners have additional window coverings which helped greatly with traffic noise. Would stay here again!

I had a warm friendly welcome, the room was spotless and fully sufficient for my stay and my breakfast experience was very good, including provision of honemade bread and marmalade. I was also able to park for free right outside.

We had an amazing stay! Rob made us feel right at home and gave great recommendations on local attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, I especially loved the homemade blueberry jam. The location is perfect for a short walk to city center.

Great location

Very clean guest house with really tasty breakfast. Short walk to city centre and to Scone Palace snd gardens. In room coffee and tea (+ biscuits!). Very comfy bed. Would certainly stay again.

Ticked all the boxes for a quick solo visit to Perth. I’m not usually a guest house person but this was friendly without being overbearing. Excellent location and free parking is a bonus. I will definitely return when on my own.

Excellent B&B in a great location just a short walk from the centre of Perth. I had an excellent room, there were great choices for breakfast, and there is good parking. I'd definitely stay here again.

My single en suite room was spacious, clean, and attractive, with a wardrobe, desk, and plenty of room for storing my things. The hosts were friendly and cooked a delicious hot breakfast each day, with several menu choices. It was nice to chat with other guests over breakfast in the bright, attractive dining room. There was also a nice common sitting room with comfortable furniture, tea, and snacks. The house is located on a busy road, but there is ample parking for several guests out front. My room was at the side, and the traffic quieted at night, so it wasn't a bother as far as sleeping. The guest house is a half mile walk to town with one grocery store and two take-out places (pizza and Chinese/Scottish fish) along the way. If you're heading somewhere close to the south bridge, you can walk along the riverfront path, which is nice. The two taxi services I used to get to and from the bus / train were punctual and friendly; that's an easy option if you don't want to walk or have heavy luggage. All in all, this was a friendly, clean, and attractive place and a good value for the solo traveler.

Good location for visiting Perth. Rob made us feel very welcome & the staff did the same. We stayed in room 2 which is to the rear . Very comfortable & quite. Only 1 thing ...The TV could be bigger 😂 The breakfast was very nice & had a good selection to choose from. Added bonus was parking facility

The guest house is two houses next to each other. The room was lovely and clean with a tea/coffee tray and a wee fridge. It is on a main road with traffic, which did not worry me. Parking off road in front. Breakfast provided good continental and cooked options. Hosts were friendly and attentive.

Comfortable and Enjoyable Stay

The hotel is two Edwardian houses a 15 minute walk from the city centre, albeit somewhat uphill on the way back. Our room was well appointed and well presented. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and the cooked options were excellently prepared to order and tasted great. The proprietors were welcoming and friendly without being intrusive, a balance not always achieved by guest house owners. We'd happily return in the future.
