Everything about this hotel was horrible. Windows that don’t lock on first floor. They still have smoking rooms. Everything stunk. Furniture was falling apart. They had NO soap or Kleenex in the hotel at all. The only good thing I can say is that the shower pressure was good and we had hot water.

The curtains in our room were shredded, holes all over in them. The carpet was all stained and disgusting. There was no ice machine. Had to ask front desk to get soap in room. Honestly the worst motel I’ve been at. Well definitely not go back. The only good thing was the price. This motel needs a total make over.

Danish and cold cereal is not breakfast. Check in -first room three visit and key did not work. 2nd room had damages: bench was peeling, vinyl curtain was ripped and held together with a pins. Room was clean. Couch, tables, carpet look like they havent been replaced in 30+ years. Dingy, dirty looking and worn out. Black out curtains looked like a bear attacked them. Had multiple long tears and holes throughout. Electric outlets were very lose from electric box, bath missing a drain plug or any sort. Serious signs of wear and tear on all accessories in the room. More than normal wear and tear.

Safe yourself the trouble and Do NOT stay there! It was quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room smelled like a combination of cigarettes and cat urine. I refused that room, so they gave us another. The second room smelled better, but still not great. A can of Febreeze temporarily helped. We went to close the curtains and the window was open. Once closed, the curtains had large holes in them. The chair in the corner also had a large hole in it. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging out of the wall. It was late, so we sucked it up and stayed the night. I woke up at 4:30 skeeved out and woke up my family to get out of there because I couldn’t take the smell any longer! When I went to check out, the girl came out in her pajamas. Terrible hotel!

The staff was as good as they could be with the conditions they have to deal with. They tried to be accommodating but it wasn't good enough. We booked two non-smoking rooms and asked for them to be next to each other. They were on separate floors and one was a smoking room, which smelled horrible. The carpets are dingy and the halls smelled like mildew. Some of the ceiling lights were going out which didn't help with the look. Both rooms had stains on the carpet, chairs,and bedding. One room even had stains on the lampshades and cigarette burns on the tub while the other one's suitcase stool was all torn up. One room got hand soap, the other did not, neither had bath gel. The continental breakfast was ok; cereal, oatmeal, bagels, muffins and drinks. This is our second attempt at staying at a Super8, there will not be a third. Management seriously needs to make some upgrades. There were several upset customers when we checked in. I felt bad for the staff.
