「Unusual hotel stay but overall worked out well. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they were often not at the reception desk. Didn’t need the ladies a lot but had questions several times; we called 2x & texted 1x about where to find the room safe in the room & how to get extra towels. 「The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!」

「Breakfast was a mild disaster. Many people trying to get in just finally turned around nd left after being ignored for over 15 minutes to be sat. Some of us waited it out and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes to even be waited on. Friendly staff, but maybe understaffed? Only 13 people were trying to eat and could hear kitchen staff loud in the kitchen but 2 wait staff just not maybe enough for the 13 patrons trying to eat.」
