「We were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the lake at the back of the hotel. Staff on reception and in the cafeteria were very friendly and helpful. No issues with the hotel or the room. Everything of the highest quality. 」

「C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! La visite du château avec un employé a également été un bel highlight! Je recommande sans contredit cet endroit! 」

「Room did not have a cattle nor a coffee maker.
Staff was not necessary friendly. The gym only has benches with no weight, the 2 esteppets are not commercisl and don't work. There's no gym.」
