"It was clean and decorated more like somebody's home rather then a hotel. We had a pretty view from the balcony and I liked the self serve kitchenette outside the door. "

Love it there.. Started vacationing there 4 years ago and have gone at least once every year since. Sometimes twice. This year will be going again later in the summer and hopefully be staying at the riverside. Would consider retiring in Penticton.

Lovely beach areas, riding the tubes down the channel on a hot summer day is a great option for people, nice restaurants, however a lot of things close very early.
