I stayed with them Thursday and Friday, Saturday they were fully booked (as I expected on a long weekend) but to return Sunday to Tuesday. The lady at the front desk was wonderful and as I had just had back surgery, the bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean so I could rest. On Sunday I had sent a message asking for an early check in and at 2:50pm they said "will do" & at 3:40pm I arrive to check in and was asked to wait outside. I thought how strange then a guy came out and told me they put me on a do not rent list... I ask why as I hadn't done anything for that to happen. I don't smoke or drink. He proceeded to explain that a housekeeper found something to do with drugs but wouldn't tell/show me what or where. No one called to say this they waited till 4pm and I was laying in bed recovering from my back surgery the week before. How embarrassing and very untrue. I told him he was wrong, I don't do anything like that and it must have been the person there Saturday night! I will never pay to be humiliated again by this horrible motel!!!

Nice little area. This hotel is not for everyone but I enjoyed it. It’s old and very much like renting an old cottage.. staff woman I dealt with on August 19.th was so nice and helpful. I Wish I could remember her name. Mid 60s lady was as pleasant as can be. I thought she was the owner as she was so helpful and went above and beyond helping me. It’s Too bad not all hotels could have someone so nice working for them. I stayed in many hotels this vacation, and this lovely staff lady was far more pleasant and helpful than other hotels where I dealt with the owners themselves. I hope this employee is valued . She deserves it. Very cute area. I’d go back .

We had a room with two double beds, unfortunately one of the beds had blood stains on the sheets, there was a spit out Cherry pit on the electric heater beside the tv, and there was a large spider web on top of the curtain rod with a huge spider in it. We got rid of the spider but we won’t be back… the staff were great in accommodating us with our late arrival, so thanks for that..

The motel was adequate for my purpose as I just needed a place to stay for a couple nights however, the motel is very old and showing its age. The whole place needs a complete Reno and even though they were discounted rates, it’s still a very old motel. obviously the best feature is the fact it’s a block away from the beach.

I enjoyed the stay. The location is very close to Skaha lake, the room is a clean and roomy, designated parking in front of the room. I highly recommend this motel.

Location is very close to the lake! The room is okay. Our unit had a loose faucet and toilet seat. Shower fan was very loud and the shower was stained or moldy. Not a fancy place to stay, an no shops within walking distance.

The room was not clean, baseboards had spiders, couch had many holes in it. It was rented to two people but only had 1 fork. On Saturday we did not have our room cleaned. Had to ask about in the evening and they gave me new towels, etc. Table around edges peeling. Could barely get around table as holey couch was near table. No room to move. No heat so had to get that started on Friday evening. No remote to shut off A/C so had to stand on couch and then could barely see it.. No counter space because microwave took up counter and then they had to put, coffee maker, all on top of microwave. WiFi all on top of microwave. It was not suitable for $222.00 including tax per night

Staff was very helpful congenial, a bend over backwards attitude . Not a Hilton or a Marriott but clean and great space. We were passing through town for one night & it provided for our needs. Staff was excellent, price was great & the location was great. Nice walk to the local along the beach. Wonderful to watche teams and families enjoying the summer evening playing ball and soccer etc. pleasant and safe.

Can see daylight around the door when closed securely. It's just an old property that needs some renos. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach.
