「The breakfast was nice and fresh. Even though I booked it a half hour before I got there, there were chocolates with a welcome personalized note on the bed for us and in the morning a thank you note. They definitely went the extra mile. Clean very cute. Would 100% recommend anybody?」

「Hotel was nice and staff was wonderful, but I specifically got this hotel for the airport shuttle since I had an infant with me, and they told me after my shuttle was supposed to arrive that it would not be coming. This was at 5am, so I was stranded there without a way to get to the airport since I had no car seat. I ended up missing my flight. 」

「Good place to stay for the money. If you can find it. The staff has no idea where the hotel is located. FYI south east of I26 and hwy 68 do not drive 10 miles up to the top of the mountain. Hope you like waffles for breakfast that’s all there is. 」

「Even though there was an accident that took the cable TV offline, I was unable to work due to the marginal wifi, which I was told had nothing to do with the cable TV being offline, and had to seek out a local Starbucks to finish my work. Also, when the person above me showered, the stream turned into a trickle.」

「We’ve stayed here a few times. Great place to stay if you want to be away from the crowds of Asheville. Staff is excellent, the place is clean, they have continental breakfast, and a nice lounge area.」
