"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk was so helpful and staff were friendly. Rooms were quiet only heard people out in the hall once. Our room was nice and clean. I accidentally booked a room with a shower instead of a tub and the staff at the front desk were understanding and were able to help switch to a room with a tub. Pool was busy but nice!"

"We we visiting Philly for a funeral. This was the perfect location. Our check in was efficient. The hotel was clean. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a delicious, added bonus. Parking was readily available and easily accessible. There were countless excellent restaurants within minutes, and plenty of things to do. I have nothing negative to say about this stay. "
