"I have never checked out of a hotel so fast. I left within 30 minutes of checking in and it would have been sooner if I wasn’t struggling to find parking. I tried to give it a chance despite the reviews but now I see why they don’t offer refunds. The front desk barely acknowledged me, didn’t explain anything, didn’t even tell me my room number, and only gave one key when there were two of us. The hotel looked like something out of a horror movie. The lighting was dim, it smelled like cigarettes, and there were dirty clothes in the hallway and ice room. The room itself smelled like wet dog and smoke, and there were stains on the bed linens. Completely unacceptable."

"The shuttle was convenient. For getting to the hotel, you need to call them and they'll sent it. For going to the airport, you will need to sign-up the day before you leave. Spots can fill up fast!"

"They took $100 incidental hold 2 weeks ago! We have called everyday and gotten different stories saying they released it back to us but we have yet to receive our money back"

"Sorry this is not a place I would ever stay again. You smell smoke immediately when you enter the building. The carpet in the hallway so very dirty. The room let out couch and furniture had stains all over it. Outside in the back where I parked to get to my room smelled just like trash it was terrible. "

"AC was not working, sheets were stained, did not offer hand soap, house keeping only comes once a week, parking is $10 a night, continental breakfast was incredible sad, creamer for coffee was chunky and gross. None of which was stated when booking online"

"Lots of things were broken in the room. The door latch was broken, there was molding missing around the bathroom door and the door would not close. The room had a bad smell. And the television was very poor quality and the picture on each channel was fuzzy. Would not recommend this hotel. "
