"Overall, the hotel feels run down and not clean enough. The hotel doesn't seem worthy of the Sheraton brand name---I thought Sheraton was a nice hotel? The staff was very friendly and kind. However, the hotel seems grimy. You can see white dust along the baseboards and perimeter of the room. We stayed in two different rooms for two different stays of a few days each. In the first room, the bed was too soft and the pillows were thin and lumpy. The box spring / bed skirt was protruding out of one side of the bed. It was a very poor hotel bed,especially for the Sheraton brand. I was disappointed. In the second room, the bed was a little bit better, but still too soft. Again, a poor hotel bed. The first room was more run down than the second room--the grout in the bathroom was discolored, there was rust around the lower door trim in the bathroom. The deadbolt locks in both rooms didn't seem to work. "

"BW+ met my expectations in price and value and convenience. The property is overall well maintained. Its decor has a lot of marble and stylized carpet; not my cup of tea but again it was a very good value. There was fresh fruit in lobby and in breakfast room. Issues: the breakfast buffet is free and quality of food itself reflects that, we didn't see the restaurant open at all, gym smelled weird (sweaty even with nobody there), our toilet flushed but didn't refill consistently, and we asked for 1 hour extension of checkout and were told we needed to sign up for another email/loyalty program. Summary: it is very conveniently located, and while on a busy street you didn't hear any traffic. Price was right and staff was pleasant."

"They stated they had a hot tub.. Was very excited because my daughter had a tournament and it is good for her recovery after games.. So when we went to the pool didnt see the hot tub. Asked front desk and they said new owner's filled in the hot tub.. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The pool was so dirty my daughter wouldn't peven get in it. The breakfast was funny.. They did have good potatoes. They had a fruit salad but only enough for 10 people and couldn't refill again because it was gone. Very floppy waffles and a sad yogurt bar. The room needs to be updated.. Everything was stained and old.. Bed was fine as well as pillows. THE WATER WAS HOT..... I read a lot of reviews and most said no hot water... So I was expecting no hot water.. IT WAS DEFINITELY HOT. That made me happy."

"The staff were rude. The room was run down. The handle fell of the sink spout, the toilet was leaking, the lamp and desk outlets didn't work because the outlet was not working. The microwave and ice machines were on completely different floors from each other. The microwave area was dirty. I would never stay here again. I actually cancelled a future reservation for another concert."
