「The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice! I had two 6 year old boys with me and they had such a fun time with the front desk crew. I appreciated their welcome and patience with 2 rambunctious boys! The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The boys used the pool and had a blast!」

「Beautiful this time of year ! The rooms are 200 years old and clean and comfortable but one needs to remember it is a historic village. Wouldn’t have traded the village for a true 5 star」

「There was not anything unique about the property. It was an older hotel which we will stay at on occasion. The problem came when we entered our room and had to kill three roaches within the first five minutes. It was very late, so we did not call the front desk. Hotels were in short supply because of the time of year(Keeneland.) We did not bother to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast...if there are roaches in the room, there are most definitely roaches in the kitchen.」

「They lost my reservation when I checked in on October 22nd. The wall above the heater had been repaired and needed repairing again (shoddy repair). The door latch in the bathroom was missing and the shower needed a more thorough scrubbing.」

「The rooms were dirty and need alot of updates. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. It was like some people that was their home. Noisy and rude.」

「There was only coffee in the room, no cream, no sugar. You had to take your own trash out to the trash downstairs every single day or they would charge you an additional $20 a day. The food was horrible. Continental breakfast is not bagels. The donuts were locked up in a refrigerator with a combination lock.」

「Nice and clean . Bed not very good.」
