The only negative was the beds & pillows weren’t very comfortable for us but that’s just our personal preference. We’d definitely book again. "This was an amazing stay. We got a room upgrade which was great and highly appreciated. The only downside was the food and drinks service. On a couple of occasions our orders were wrong and we had some miscommunication when trying to explain that one of the children in our group had food allergies.
