「飯店整體：位置在山裡較偏僻。佇立在稻田之中好似世外桃源，景色非常美麗，尤其是日出時分。若在非收割期就更棒了！空間大設備新、品味與氣氛也營造地很好，感受身心寧靜！
飯店設施：客房免費使用mini bar超棒！洗浴備品就差點。餐點選擇少，幾乎只有雞肉。每間客房隨附一支外出手機可免費撥打當地號碼聯繫十分便利！還有每小時市區接駁車！
服務品質：預訂飯店時訂不到兩晚同型房，飯店經理知道了主動升級房型省很感激。員工態度十分客氣，但語言能力有限，溝通常常聽不懂... 因為飯店spa被訂滿，就請前台幫忙訂了另一家spa與接送，結果會面地點與飯店告知的不同，原本應可當場聯繫接送人員，但因入住時詢問員工告知飯店手機無法外撥其他號碼(後來才知道可以)，所以當下立即撥回飯店請求協助，接線員工居然雞同鴨講聽不懂英文... @_@"
折騰很久才聯繫上又自行花錢搭車找到spa，嚴重拖延預訂按摩與用餐時間；更扯的是結束後我們提前到達集合地等待飯店末班接駁車，沒想到車子居然不遵守時刻表已經開走！！！打給飯店只叫我們自己想辦法回去.........

「Our room is spacious with beautiful design, and my baby boy enjoyed swimming with his grandfather every day. The breakfast is delicious and afternoon tea is wonderful for my family~ We also arrange volcano & waterfall trip, and massage from Magical Jungle team. They are very lovely and helpful during our stay. Thank you Magical Jungle team. We would definitely come back next time^0^ 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ubud. The location is tucked away in a quiet part of town, offering a peaceful and serene environment, perfect for relaxation. However, online taxis like Grab or Gojek cannot enter the neighborhood, so be prepared for a short 10-minute walk to reach a pickup point.
The staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary afternoon tea was...

「Mr. & Mrs. Ketut were amazing hosts, anything we needed was immediately provided. The offered room service from 730am-2130 pm, which was a huge benefit especially since we were up very early for a few tours and not interested in going to a restaurant. The Villa was beautiful and private and located in a quiet neighborhood. I hour from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown center. Our hosts make our trip to Bali very special and if the opportunity arrives, we will stay there again.」
