「Mr. & Mrs. Ketut were amazing hosts, anything we needed was immediately provided. The offered room service from 730am-2130 pm, which was a huge benefit especially since we were up very early for a few tours and not interested in going to a restaurant. The Villa was beautiful and private and located in a quiet neighborhood. I hour from the airport and 20 minutes to downtown center. Our hosts make our trip to Bali very special and if the opportunity arrives, we will stay there again.」

However, online taxis like Grab or Gojek cannot enter the neighborhood, so be prepared for a short 10-minute walk to reach a pickup point. 「飯店整體：位置在山裡較偏僻。佇立在稻田之中好似世外桃源，景色非常美麗，尤其是日出時分。若在非收割期就更棒了！空間大設備新、品味與氣氛也營造地很好，感受身心寧靜！ 飯店設施：客房免費使用mini bar超棒！洗浴備品就差點。餐點選擇少，幾乎只有雞肉。每間客房隨附一支外出手機可免費撥打當地號碼聯繫十分便利！還有每小時市區接駁車！ 服務品質：預訂飯店時訂不到兩晚同型房，飯店經理知道了主動升級房型省很感激。員工態度十分客氣，但語言能力有限，溝通常常聽不懂... 因為飯店spa被訂滿，就請前台幫忙訂了另一家spa與接送，結果會面地點與飯店告知的不同，原本應可當場聯繫接送人員，但因入住時詢問員工告知飯店手機無法外撥其他號碼(後來才知道可以)，所以當下立即撥回飯店請求協助，接線員工居然雞同鴨講聽不懂英文... @_@" 折騰很久才聯繫上又自行花錢搭車找到spa，嚴重拖延預訂按摩與用餐時間；更扯的是結束後我們提前到達集合地等待飯店末班接駁車，沒想到車子居然不遵守時刻表已經開走！！！打給飯店只叫我們自己想辦法回去.........

「What a gem of a place. About 15 mins away from ubud central but nestled among rice fields and overlooking a deep valley. The villas had panoramic views and the sunsets from the west facing deck and infinity pool were amazing. Absolutely stunning. Food at the restaurant was great though the wine list was a little limited but if you wanted something else, you can just get grab delivery to the resort. Most memorable though was the staff.
