Well worth the small upgrade fee to be facing South and enjoy the same view that the vines enjoy all year round. The bed was very comfortable, the location was very peaceful and the Ill Poggerio restaurant is the perfect accompaniment to the tranquil setting. Breakfast is simple and wholesome. 「Very clean and beautiful property, they have a great village style restaurant with authentic food, It was busy during the weekend and turned out to be the best one in town. Room was very nice. 」

Personnel à l’écoute et parking non couvert disponible via une réservation vivement conseillée. Même conseil pour le spa qui n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre (malheureusement c’était complet à notre arrivée). L’hôtel mérite une bien meilleure notation et les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté de la bâtisse. Vivement conseillé. 」

「Great vibe, and great value! It is in front of the lake. I had an adventure before I arrive there as was late storms and no transport. But managed it. It is clean. Plenty of toilets and showers. The guy at the reception was really good even offered to pick me up when he had to finish his shift. Also he offered me a slice of his pizza as I could not find anywhere with my adventures. Defently recommend it.」

「I normally do not write reviews; but, wanted to for this hotel. It is a small quaint hotel. It actually has a small pool and hot tub with incredible views. It is actually located in Vezio right outside of Varenna. At first, I was concerned about the location from Varenna. However, Rita the proprietor made sure we had transportation from the train station as well as to and from all of our points of interest. We seriously wanted for nothing. Rita and the staff made sure all our needs were taken...
