「Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. 「Accommodation was amazing. All our expectations were met. Convenient location, very close to downtown Canmore and miraculous view of nature around. Did not have a chance to use Spa facilities but it is a great bonus to the place 😊」

I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. 「Spacious rooms with plenty of food option on walkin distance」

「入住時，管理員替我更換兩次房間，讓我入住到有女性的房型，非常感謝。但是房間內仍有男性入住，有點感到沒有安全舒適，但這就是青年旅館吧。交通方便、公車巴士容易抵達，附近超市小店餐廳都有。最後建議就是分為專屬女性房型以及男性謝謝！」

「In the first night, the room is terrible. The furniture is in bad condition. The room is old and dirty. However, the hotel staff knows our feelings. They changed another room for us next day. That one was completely different. That room was excellent. All the negative comments in the last room changed to positive comments would be the right comments in the next day.」

「Stayed in building away from main resort. Was provided a rollaway bed for an extra person who joined us at last minute. Perfect for our photography focused trip. Bathroom door scraped the floor when closing, making a very loud sound. Scrape marks were in the floor from previous use. Q」
