"I did a late night check in for a quick sleep really. The guy at the reception didn’t open the gate treating me like a criminal and did not let me in to the reception and gave me the key through the metal gate. He proudly said that I upgraded the room and you don’t have to come back and asked me to leave as it was late. When I walked in the room - the spa was not working and I had hairs on the bed sheets with the old smoking smell. "

"A bit dated. Cleaners should pay a bit more attention to the cleaning. Lots of hair in the shower drain..food scraps in the kitchen sink..plastic tag bits on the carpet."

"Plenty of off st parking . Easy check in. Rooms were much better than expected. We had a very pleasing 2 nights here. "

"Staff were nice. Th apartment was not particularly clean and we were advise at check in that parking was booked out despite not being told we had to book it and there not being any street parking close by. There are better options in the area for same or similar rates. "

"A smile from the check in really makes a difference I feel. Great location and close to shops etc. we did watch one of the cleaning staff count out some cutlery but did it on the ground and a pretty disgusting habit to be honest. She then took them into a room coming back empty handed. We were placed right next to where people gathered to smoke and as non smokers we couldn’t leave a window open. The bathroom definitely had a musty smell to it and required better ventilation "
