"The young lady at the front desk, Caitlyn (sp?) was very helpful helping me get a way to move our heavy coolers at check out. Only 2 carts not enough especially with 2 self-centered people keeping the carts in their rooms until late check out. Caitlyn found a dolly for me to use, going above and beyond."

"The hotel was fairly new and in a great location. Lots of restaurants in the area and easy on/off the interstate. The kitchen was ok…had absolutely no pots or pans, no silverware, no glasses, etc. How can you prepare anything?? Also, no ice machines. You had to make your own ice with the trays….so, it took 4 hours just to get ice!"
