「I LOVED this hotel BUT we never saw a single staff member in our 2 night stay. Check in and check out was done virtually. Upload all your information and they will send you your unit and code. Unfortunately with travelling I missed that info. It did say they had check in during regular hours so I didn’t worry about anything. 「While the grounds, rooms, and majority of the staff were wonderful, we had a very poor experience at this hotel. Our power went out twice, once for 14 hours during our stay. We were not able to have showers, lights, or use any of the facilities in your room. I told the manager, Abel, about this issue and he did.
