「Everything except the view. There is the beautiful Volcan Baru at the back, but it is impossible to see it inside the hotel and there is no access at the back. Awful view from the room. Construction in the front of the hotel. Ugly street. But the food and the service is excellent. Very nice people working in the restaurant. The room was nice and clean.」

「This was probably one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced in Panama. I think the hotel itself is a part of a large chain, but it did not have the plain and sterile ambience of current large hotel chains. We had a suite overlooking the beautiful garden and facing a mountain. The suite itself has very high ceilings, maybe 15 or 20 feet which made the already large suite feel even larger.
