The property is majestic, lake in front, rooms with views of the lake and the rocky mountainside the dining room also looks at the lake, it's very calm... The pool and jacuzzi are located on a separate structure all indoors very cozy and with a nice architecture

The grounds are very pretty. The bed was really hard yet still sagged in the middle. The traffic was constant and noise was very loud. Staff were friendly. Food was okay.

Would stay again.

A nice hotel with spectacular grounds. Staff were attentive and the shower had great pressure. Not a new hotel but served us well . Food in the restaurant was good and served promptly. Only a five minute drive from Volcan or Cerro Punta where the views are unparalleled.

The room and food were great, but you are so far from town you have to have car or relay on taxi. Pool and pool were 71 steps up a mountain behind hotel which made it very hard on both me and my husband who is 86 years old and me with recent knee surgery. We left a day early. Do not recommend for any handicap. No elevators so have to take stairs for all rooms. The bar has young kid that doesn't know how to make drinks so stick to beer/ wine. Single mix drinks like rum and coke. We will not be back. We were very disappointed 😞
From balcony of room but only few rooms with balcony. None of other rooms have one.

Clean safe property but a little out of the way. Definitely recommend having a car if staying here. Staff were super helpful. Interior rooms were great but exterior could use some TLC. No chairs to sit outside in and you have to pay to walk in front of hotel which seemed odd.

The mountain steam, and pond on the front of the property was beautiful. I wanted to use the pool, and jacuzzi the last night but the restricted us because of a big party that took over the area which I was really disappointed about!

It began with the friendly hospitality of Edith at check in. Actually, everyone at the front desk was , really great! It’s not surprising, because Romero, the manager comes across as a really nice guy, and it’s been my experience that nice people enjoy working with a nice boss! And, the mood is contagious throughout the hotel. Whether it be the waiters or those who prepare the meals as well as those in maintenance, or the cleaning staff, they all do their tasks with positive attitudes, and with smiles on their faces! What more could one ask for?

One of the best hotel stays experienced in Panama.

This was probably one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced in Panama. I think the hotel itself is a part of a large chain, but it did not have the plain and sterile ambience of current large hotel chains. We had a suite overlooking the beautiful garden and facing a mountain. The suite itself has very high ceilings, maybe 15 or 20 feet which made the already large suite feel even larger. The room was clean and comfortable and well maintained and adorned throughout with natural hardwood. The only observation I have is that the hotel does not have an elevator. The staff itself is probably one of the best I have encountered in Panama and were very responsive and accomodating throughout our visit. The building itself is not very tall, but individuals with mobility issues may have a problem.
