「This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around. 「We loved Casa Blu. The architecture, the history, the staff , both parlors and roof top lounges. We had a few bottle of wine in the late afternoon with the ocean view across. The breakfast so fresh and plentiful; and the Colina Alegre location and neighborhood. They accommodated for a very early breakfast at 3am. Thanks Rodrigo and everyone. Wish we come back again.」
