「Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was plenty of scrambled eggs made to your liking as well as fresh fruit, bread, coffee, and tea. The rooftop view of the city...

「Well located. Super family that runs the place. Very interested in helping with meals, plans or restaurants. 1/3 the cost of Holiday Inn and safe. If you come after dark, let them know when you’re arriving and they’ll look for you. Great place, will stay there again.」

「we needed something for the night close to the airport, we had stayed before at the Hostal Mariscal Sugre.. and found the beds. They’re horrible… so we thought we would try somewhere close and cheap…. The beds were better, the breakfast was not too bad., we had to walk a little bit to get dinner.. but it was a Shawarma place and it was actually very good… staff was pretty good but there’s a highway just behind the hotel so you will get over some light highway sound. We just put in some earplugs...

They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.」

「More of a dried up Hostel than Hotel. What Amenities? I was DECEIVED. I want a REFUND, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact EXPEDIA, so I write this Review. First, Location is very good, just 2 minutes behind Quicentro, a Fabulous Shopping & Dining Mall. BUT! I Reserved an Apartment Suite, multi-rooms & Kitchen. What I was given was a run down single room in need of repair, with a dangling smoke alarm from the ceiling, electrical outlets so loose my plugs fell out, and walls so thin I could hear...

「Staff were friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted us to enjoy our stay, but as soon as I walked in to the bathroom, I saw black mold. I am glad we were only there for about 10 hours. The location was not great, very noisy all night, we barely slept, and did not seem like the safest place to go out at night. There were 3 or 4 locks on the door. We left too early for breakfast. The beds were fairly comfortable. It’s the black mold that did it for us. Gross.」
