「Nice hotel」

「The room was extremely clean and spacious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I opted for lounge access and had an extensive range of choices for breakfast. The evening light food was also great! Very happy and it was one of the most well maintained 5-star hotels in Jakarta and Tangerang. I also highly recommend their spa and body treatment. It was so relaxing. I would definitely stay at Tentrem for my next visit to Jakarta!」

「Kamar cukup bersih, sarapan cukup」

「I wanted to lay out by the pool at the rooftop, but there was no bench to lay out on as the setup is not designed for that. Somewhat disappointing 」

「biscuits crumbs on the desk chair and on the floor near the main door in first room. After asked and changed to another room , the desk chair was broken this time and also with biscuit crumbs but I could just swept it easily because it was a nylon net chair. Asked for replacing the chair and was done 25 mins later and with my impatience call again on this matter at 20 mins. Breakfast asking for nearly 15 usd per day which I did not try given the experience.」

「This was my 2nd time staying here, for a 4D3N business trip. Location was great, just ~30mins from CGK Airport, and right adjacent to the Tangacity Mall, where you can get lots of restaurant choices. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the room (like I mentioned last time), appeared to be a bit worn out here and there. Overall a good choice.」
