「The hotel is a little out dated. They need to update some areas. The room needed some dusting, carpets in hallway very stained and fixtures need updating. The employees were nice and helpful.」

「This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your...

「Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience 」

「Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. 」
