I arrived at Guadalajara Airport early in the morning after an overnight flight and reached the hotel around noon. I truly appreciated being granted an early check-in—it made a big difference after traveling all night. The room was excellent, checkout was quick and seamless, and the hotel’s central location makes it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the city."

"The service at the restaurant the first day was bad, but the last day was good. Sheets and towels were changed daily, but we couldn’t get washcloths, only hand towels. The AC worked well, but they didn’t provide warm blankets. Very nice at front desk!"
