「The breakfast was amazing and they had good selection of drinks at the bar」

「Hotel room and also staff were are excellent. Location is walking distance to lots of historic sites to see. The only issue was that during my 5 days stay the elevator broke twice but was repaired within 24 hours. Also every time I left the room the access card got deactivated. Apparently it’s a security feature but very inconvenient as you have to reactivate it at the front desk every time you come back from outside. Having said that I definitely recommend this hotel.」

「Perfect, and perfectly situated in the best neighborhood. This historic building is charming and the decor is lovely with a super comfy bed. I was in room 8 which is perfect for a solo traveler. The staff are super helpful. Colonia Americana is the coolest part of the city and Gala Hotel is on the nicest street full of grand homes, coffeeshops and restaurants. Walkable to the city center and near to the wonderful University Art Museum. (4/5 for amenities only because the pool was undergoing...

「The room was clean and all was functional. Hot shower and great features. Well situated in a safe neighborhood. Access was easy. My stay was unfortunately affected by guests that did not respect the quiet hours and were partying at 3am in a common area. If it wasn’t for that unfortunate situation, this would have been a 5-star review.」

「hallways are dark, some time sensors don't work properly, elevador are incorrect programable ( Ex. when you press level 3 and stop shows level 4) can be confusing if you don't put attention .room has missing lockbox. some rooms need upgraded. location is walkable.」
