「Cove pool is excellent and pool staff amazing. Only issue is rooms are getting dated, AC not great. Now for late check out request charging $165 an hour. No matter status w Marriott or frequent guest. Crazy nickel and dime even when hotel not full. Will loose repeat guest. 」
