"Front desk said we couldn’t check in even though the reservation was under my friends name too. Also the hot tub was extremely cold and was really looking forward to the hot tub."

"Enjoyed our one night staycation and everything was perfect in my opinion! The room was well equipped with everything, the heater and air conditioners were great, overall nice ambiance, hot tub was clean and easy to use. Only thing I felt missing was if there were 2 robes by the tub it’d be 100% otherwise it’s 99.99% perfect! The toiletries were great quality and we added the rest and relax package for and additional $60 which came with 1 hour late checkout and it was absolutely worth it. Loved the cute little gift shop too!"

"The pool was out of commission (which we didn’t know ahead of our arrival), but the staff went over the top by letting us check in early and also opening the breakfast area a bit early so our team could eat before heading out the next morning. Very much appreciated!"

"Unfortunately the Room wasn't cleaned Good at all! Someone's Jacket was hanging in closet, the tub had hairs on the shelf, Toilet had skid mark in back of seat&No washrags!! Very Disappointed This time I stayed seemed farther down the Hall u went the Worse it Seemed Sad with Such A Beautiful View!! Plus the Crane game ripped us of Multiple times! "
