「The room was excellent. The view from the patio to the pond was great. There was a walkable teail system in front of the patio that led around the pond and Bass Pro. Very relaxing.」

「The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.」

「Overall speaking, this hotel is good. The worst part was the 2 breakfast boxes we purchased. We found the cheese & egg sandwiches were moldy terribly until we almost finished them. That was really GROSS! But the airport shuttle bus service was AWESOME. 」

「The motel was great. We had breakfast at Sujo and our waitress was was loud and more worried about a couple in the corner than any of her other tables. She was training and we heard her reprimanding another waitress right next to our table and then blaming the training for table order delay at several tables not just the fact that she was talking to that corner table the whole hour we were there. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable breakfast 」

「Everything was great as far as our stay at the facility. However, the customer service during check in wasn’t. The woman behind the counter seemed bothered to check in my friend and myself. 」
