"Good location, easy access to transit and food and beverages. Good rate. Easy. Check in, friendly staff. However, both elevators for North Tower out of service, 40 minute wait. Technician was doing maintenance and couldn’t re-energize elevators."

"Stayed the last few days of April, 2026 and really loved the view from the 23rd floor where we had access to the Pacific Club. The food and amenities in this club were excellent, and the staff so friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the alcoholic beverages are somewhat overpriced - a glass of wine is $19.00 for example; however, all food and nonalcoholic drinks were included."
