When we arrived a very large group of young children were running around. Our room looked nothing like the photos and was very dirty and run down. Both beds were covered in hair like someone had slept on the top of the sheets and no one bothered to replace them. This place truly was a nightmare so bad we ended up paying to stay somewhere else

Personnel super, Chambre bien pour le prix hormis le pommeau de douche qui est mieux dans les douches communes que dans la douche individuelle. Aussi une odeur d’urine émane à côté de la tête de lit. Je n’ai pas réussi à identifier d’où ça venait puisqu’il n’y a pas de toilettes dans la chambre ni sûrement en haut ou derrière le mur. Et ce n’est pas la literie. Prenez en compte lors des travaux. Merci :)

Une chambre ou une cellule ?

Entre la vétusté des meubles de la chambre, l’état de la douche, les prises placées très en hauteur, mais surtout la fenêtre entièrement grillagée donnant sur une autre clôture avec des piques, on aurait dit qu’il s’agissait davantage d’un univers carcéral qu’une auberge.

Se supone que la habitación que habíamos escogido tenía baño. Cuando llegamos, vimos que solo había ducha (por la que salía muy poca agua y o muy fría o muy caliente, sin punto medio) y había un lavamanos. No había inodoro. Si hubiesemos sabido esto no habríamos escogido este alojamiento. Había pelos en el suelo y signos de no haber limpiado la habitación a fondo. La cortina tenía una macha blanca. No había toallas ni jabón (ni de manos, ni gel del cuerpo, ni champú). Había 3 enchufes y ninguno de ellos estaba ubicado de manera que un cargador de medida normal permitiera dejar el móvil ni en la mesa ni en ninguna parte que no fuera el suelo. Al llegar nos hicieron pagar una tasa de 2,60 € por cada noche y por cada persona.

Paid for a single room which featured it's own sink and shower. Toilet was public ag the end of the hall. Night was difficult as you can hear everything in the hallways and kids were running around every night I was there. Staff is great though. Very welcoming.

Pleasant Stay!

Very friendly staff, always welcoming and helpful. Rooms can do a bit of thorough cleaning, particularly the shared bathroom. Guests should respect shared rooms and all other spaces. Unfortunately, do not take this into consideration. Negative point: Breakfast used to be satisfying and a good way to start a long day ahead, with a variety of fruit, jams, yoghurt, cold meat, but now it's only two kinds of jam and no yoghurt. Surprisingly, a guest is allowed only one cup of tea or coffee. This has changed since the new kitchen manager took over. She's also not friendly, which is quite opposite from the rest of the friendly staff. Thankfully, there's a shared guest kitchen where one can prepare own meals. Nonetheless, my entire stay was as pleasant as always. Thank you to the staff at reception and security.

房間還不錯 蠻大的，除了窗縫蠻多灰塵之外，床舖本身很乾淨，晚上附近也滿寧靜的 有提供早餐，而且也有廚房可以自行使用 很方便 唯一不喜歡的是他們的枕頭太扁了，睡起來有點不舒服
