「L’hôtel est très sympa, dans un petit village au milieu des vignes mais nous avions réservé ici pour le restaurant - afin de pouvoir y dîner le soir - et il n’était pas ouvert … en août pendant la haute saison. Étrange. Nous n’avons donc pas pu dîner car deux restos du village étaient déjà complets. Il aurait été plus correct d’indiquer lors de la réservation que le restaurant serait fermé. 」

「The staff were so nice!!! They weee welcoming, attentive, and friendly to us. We wanted to ride bikes on the wine trail and have a picnic. Of course we’re were unprepared but we explained to the staff and they so kindly have us linen cloths, napkins, cutlery, cups. We had a great time. Two thumbs up.」

「The room was spotlessly clean and spacious and tastefully decorated in character with the old building but with every modern convenience. The quiet peaceful inner courtyard was perfect for relaxing in and the 24 hour reception desk was convenient. The breakfast was exceptional and served by the staff who were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. It was within easy walking distance of the main square in the town and all the cafes and restaurants. The staff pre-booked our restaurant...

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided.
