「We stayed at the Cotton House Hotel for one week while visiting our son in Barcelona and couldn’t have been happier with the service and the property. From the moment we got there we felt welcomed and everyone from the doormen, reception staff, room cleaning staff, concierge team, and expert bar staff provided us with the highest level of service (especially our new friend, Alejandro). 「Hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's impossible to park a car in front of the hotel which cause very inconvenient to carry luggages in and out. You need to move all the luggages by walking from abt 5-10 mins away. The entrance of road is under repair, make it more complicated. At night time, some people talking loudly even fighting at downstairs. Old town zone makes me feel the secrity isn't good. All facilities in toilet quite old but very reasonable price. 」
