「Stayed for work , used the gym and the bar」

「Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very short due to time of arrival however made us wanting more so we will be rebooking. Freshly revamped smelling of newness, lake views and ample parking but not informed that spa facilities were not open until JULY 24」

「This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.」

「Nice hotel. Phenomenal gym. Was disappointed spa was £10/day as it wasn’t made clear before the trip. Staff friendly room serviced to high standard wifi good Food in bar was hit and Miss some nights not so good some nights very good」

「The St Ives is a really family friendly hotel. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The kids entertainment was very good. If I had one critique it would be that the £9 charge for a kids meal is quite expensive for a two year old. Maybe under 5’s should eat for less? It didn’t spoil our break though. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. 」

「Nice comfortable hotel, clean and quiet. Plenty of car parking spaces. Ordered room service for dinner as was told there was a big party arriving for the restaurant. Only down fall from the stay was at 8.30am there was virtually no breakfast items left, except stale bread/pastries. Guess you better get up earlier if you want a full english! 」

「We loved our room in the newly done Club House. Lots of little extras that made it feel really special. Room service was pretty quick and tjhe food was to a good standard. All the staff we spoke to were very pleasant and helpful. 」

「Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel. Breakfast was extremely busy as many people wanted to use their final hour back in the spa the following morning before...

「We have stayed many times at this hotel and it has always been pleasant, very clean and cannot fault the staff, apart from one young man serving on the bar on Saturday night whom I asked for a Long Island ice tea, he said no the hot drinks machine is broke ? I said it’s a cocktail? And he replied abruptly I know but we’re not doing them ?apart from that it was lovely. 」
