"I asked front desk if I could get cleaning service twice. I did not get a service my whole time staying here. I had to ask for things myself and room was poorly cleaned and that’s bc we paid extra to check in earlier"

"When I got there to check in for a room I had already reserved, I was given three different room keys and asked to check them out to see if they were clean. Two of the rooms were occupied and the other was locked. The staff promised me a refund after, which I have yet to receive. Overall, service was very unprofessional.
