You said it was wheelchair accessible and then when my friend and I got their, your property was completely inaccessible!!!! I called you three separate times to confirm that it would be accessible and you said yes. Then when I tried to get a refund for YOUR mistake, you refused!!! You are horrible, disrespectful and rude!!!!

Honestly not sure how this motel got such high ratings. As soon as I turned on the light, there was a bug crawling across the floor. The floors are incredible filthy (my socks were black after walking around the room). The shower looks like it hasn’t been cleaned (I showered at my gym to avoid showering here). Towels are stained and full of stray hairs. Everything is dusty and the walls are grimy. Really really gross. I didn’t want to even post this review because it seems like a small family business but the rooms were absolutely unacceptable. Should be charging half the price for what it is.

The attendant was extremely kind, accommodating and understanding but the room will l was terribly dirty and the linen had holes. I stayed a single night, could not sleep from how uncomfortable it was, and checked out days early.

In comparison to the place I stayed last year this was the Marriott. I was in town for a music festival. I just needed a place to sleep and shower. Did the job. A lot of good places to eat in the area. All in all it was a good experience. Owner was a nice guy.

This place was disgusting. If I hadn't been with my husband I would have been afraid to stay there. The room we were assigned to reeked of cigarette smoke. We complained and got another room which was only slightly better. This was the first hotel I've ever stayed in that had NO CLOSET. No place to hand clothes whatsoever. The bathroom was horrible with plaster falling off the walls.

WORST HOTEL EVER

Owners are rude and want to take your money. The place is super sketchy and make sure to lock your cars and set alarms as they might get stolen. DEFINITELY NOT A FAMILY PLACE. I would avoid this place at all costs do not stay here. I couldn’t even stay here because I was afraid I would get room broken into and car stolen and owners refused to give a refund even though I never even stepped in hotel room. The photos on the website and hotel were completely different please look on yelp over trusting photos on website. Overall this is the worst possible place you can stay at. VERY HIGH RISK at danger for your life.

Bad Hotel

The place made me feel like I was in a real bad area. At the office the staff were behind a very thick glass with only a small opening to pass things through like a bank. Everything in the room was outdated except for the bathroom. The carpet was nasty with a lot of spots, the two chairs around the table were nasty as their was a lot of black grime. The best part of the whole place was the bathroom as it looked like it had just been recently remodeled. On check-in after running my credit card through for the room which was accepted, the manager still said it was required to give a $20 cash deposit. First hotel I have ever had do this. Bottom line is I would never stay here again.

Last Resort

The manager in charge was rather friendly and helpful but the room itself was below mediocre. Reeked of cigarettes despite it being a "smoke-free" motel. Pillows, and bedsheets were rather dirty, didnt want to risk the possibility of bedbugs so we used out our blankets. Many of the outlets in the room including the one in the corner and near the tv did not work. One of the lamps had no lightbulb. The towels and washclothes that were given: dirty. Didn't have hot shower water, barely lukewarm. There were various kinds of bugs, mosquitoes, and gnats inside our room. Mini fridge and microwave was disgusting. Other tenants were loud, obnoxious and let their kids run around up and down the stairs at 3am. Which I know wasn't the motels fault but its important to note that this was in not the best area of long beach. Its decent enough as a last resort, if you are desperate enough kind of motel.

No possible way to be any worse.

Absolutely worst experience ever! The staff are ignorant and lacking in intelligence and professionalism in every way shape and form. I booked here reluctantly because on the website there was no deposit indicated. Once I arrived the person there was requiring a cash deposit only deposit and showed me some paper that was supposed to recite what he put on the website. It clearly did not it was false as to anything listed on the website. He would not take a credit card for the deposit. So upon callinghotels.com to rectify the situation it only got worse. He would not release the payment so that I could transfer to another property where they have since and courtesy and respect and adhere to what they say on the website. So I had to forfeit my money hotels.com did nothing for me all because the idiot behind the desk wanted to draw a hard line making himself look extremely stupid. So beware because he will pull tricks out of a hat stating that I should have already known it was on the website when it's clearly not and I showed him. You too could be treated as unfairly as a common criminal having to pay for something you didn't get and the website hotels.com won't do anything about it to help you either. Very very professional all the way around yeah right. I would stay in hell before I would ever go to this place.

The area of the property is okay. Its quiet but the room smells cigarette. I asked the staff if we can transfer to a different room but she said no vacant. I will not go back to that hotel again.

I believe this is a one night stay Motel if you get my meaning…everything is very old !!! Very Unpleasant Oder in the room… because it was a non refundable room would have found another place.

Cost was low but service was lacking. Lady behind counter didnt really undertstand english and was a bit rude. Place was run down and a bit 'shady'. They charge a deposit for the room key(?). Rooms were not clean, toilet had paper 'seal' that said sanitized but toilet seat was definitely not sanitized! Chairs in room were stained, needed good cleaning. Whole place smelled like smoke, cigarette and otherwise...

Very low quality hotel

The service is not friendly. The bed sheets and curtains had holes in them. Bath towels had stains. This is a very low quality hotel. I would recommend only as an emergency stay.
