"The property is very old and damp. Some food is decent at the buffet, but all three restaurants are equally bad. Crab cakes from fake crabmeat kind of bad. The ocean is beautiful, of course."

"Everything we needed at a nice, smaller all inclusive resort. Staff was super friendly, food was good (even had plenty of options as a gluten free person, with everything well labeled!). The drinks were great, not watered down at all like I usually expect at an all-inclusive. Honestly better experience overall than I expected. Super close to Atlantis so we did a day pass there for one day. Would definitely come back here or to another Warwick. "

"We had a blast an enjoyed everything about Atlantis! It was absolutely beautiful, we stayed in the Royal Tower and it is an older building but kept up with nicely. Our room was right over the turtle exhibit, with a water view, it was gorgeous! We enjoyed the pool (easy to get chairs even during peak time) and did a couple slides too (no kids, just us, mid 50’s), had fun!!! There is so much to do, we are already planning a trip back!!!"

"For the price we paid for our stay I can definitely say it was worth it. We started off with a little hiccups but the staff was so helpful and made sure to correct everything and made sure we got proper accommodation. We also got complimentary accommodation for the water park in Atlantis which I found was really nice especially since we had kids 7 and under. The park is 5 mins walk away from the hotel. There is restaurants around as well walking distance. The breakfast was more American cuisine which was ok and again the staff working in that area was exceptionally friendly and helpful."

"Great place to stay . You can get all over Atlantis by a free buss great location there is a food store and a liquor store right over there . Helps out cus everything is so expensive lol but I would stay there again for sure "

"The property is older and the cove rooms are worn and need to be refreshed as do the bathrooms. Big complaint about pool water temperature being too cold -- we did not swim at all in the pool, and it is the main reason for being there. Pool temps should be much warmer and advertised as other resorts do. We will not come back as other resorts have much warmer pool temps. Not enough beach chairs with sun covers at the cove beach or the pool. -- these 2 activities are the main reason people choose to come here -- so really needs to be addressed -- a truly lovely resort - if they can attend to these items"

"The hotel is very nice but has some issues that are not acceptable at this price point. The rooms are clean but could use some upgrades. The bathroom had cracked tiles, sink that drained very slow, one of the sinks didn’t dispense cold water, etc. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and the ocean front views are breath taking. We did have some issues with our door not locking and unlocking upon arrival and the hotel also forgot to pick us up after one of the tours we booked through them. The food is ok. For this price we were expecting more. "
