"Having the the beach and a heated pool was terrific as was the room. It was definitley perfect for a quick get a way. Easy walking distances for places to eat. Chairs at the beach and lounges at the pool were comfortable and the staff was ery attentive. I have been going to Montauk for 30 or more years and this is a breath of fresh air compared to the other places that have yet to update. Will definitely be back."

"This was an older hotel but right on the water with a great ocean view. Good spacious room with couch, table and chairs, a small fridge, and a coffeemaker. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. Two small issues. The toilet is ridiculously small and the two rods that operate the curtains hand right where you walk. Otherwise, great"
