「Beautiful stylish hotel. Situated right in the middle of everything. Walkable to touriat areas. Lots of places to eat, shop or get a drink within eaay reach. Yet, surprisingly quiet on a night inside the hotel. And got a good nights sleep every night. The staff here are excellent. We did have an issue , nothing to do with the hotel. 「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. 「Room was beautiful and also very clean. Staff were very helpful, location is central to the old town Breakfast was so so, some fresh cut fruit would be nice (some apples and bananas on the side but that was about all). I was at the front so it was quite loud as it faced one of the main streets in the old town but i knew where i was staying so i knew it was likely to not be the quietest 」
