「This is a beautiful property . Very spacious rooms . Very comfortable beds quite clean . The mini bar had complementary drinks but didn't know it till the next evening when we asked as we dint want to be charged any extra . 「Great location and super food. It is a pub so not quiet until closing time but that didn't bother us at all. We parked on a street a lovely 14 min walk away rather than the NCP carpark.」

Just 3 little gripes in the bathroom. 1) There is no blind on the window. 2) Mirror over basin is stomach height, husband had to bend double to shave. 3) No shelf for toiletries. 「Unfortunately, we had a terrible night's stay here the room was so hot, it was like a sauna. We called down, told nothing could be done. After raising this point the next day, and promised call backs for over a month now, still nothing is done or taken seriously. It is unfortunate as the service at dinner before check in was fab, as were the staff we encountered.
