「The room was spotless and beautifully furnished; the bathroom was modern with plenty of shampoo, soap etc. The hotel itself has kept the charm of its age but with modern facilities. 「I stayed for two nights in the lovely Darwin room. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with everything I needed (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh water, toiletries).
