「A haven before an early flight! The lake view room was a comfy, warm cocoon in winter time. The bed was comfortable with sensually pleasant sheets.However bigger bath towels would have been greatly appreciated. 」

「I had a great stay at Montevideo Chic Boutique Hostel! The location was perfect—central and safe, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean, which made for a relaxing stay. I really appreciated the practical amenities like the washer and clothes line—super handy for longer stays. The staff were all friendly and helpful, always ready with tips or a smile. Overall, a great value and a cozy place to stay in Montevideo. Highly recommen.」

「La limpieza impecable en sábanas y toallas. Almohada cómoda y colchón excelente para un buen dormir. Desayuno muy completo, se mantiene refrigeradas los alimentos frescos por lo que para mi es un super plus, que no he visto en hoteles 4/5 estrellas ese cuidado con la comida. Lugar para juntar los mas chicos. Piscina no llegamos a probar, pero se veía de un tamaño pequeño, sin embargo tiene un amplio horario para usar por lo que se puede evitar ese congestionamiento de huéspedes. 」

「O Hostal é um lugar acessível e fácil para ficar em Montevideu. São quartos coletivos, alguns com banheiro no quarto outros não. O atendimento é ótima e os espaços se convivência são o que faz a diferença. Sempre um café e frutas para motivar uma boa conversa com pessoas de diferentes partes do planeta. 「There no better way to wake up in Montevideo and see the water of Rio de la Plata. This is the view you can enjoy at NH Colombia. And that is what makes this hotel my favorite one in Montevideo so far. There is a lot more to like about that place. The service is outstanding, the breakfast great and the gym on the top floor offers a beautiful view of the city. The hotel shows its age a bit but this did not bother me at all. 」

「The Casablanca Hotel has a very collegial staff who take a lot of pride in the property. The hotel has a dining area with a microwave and an electric kettle that makes breakfast easy, and a spot where you can make a cup of coffee when you want. I was especially impressed with the housekeeping staff. Everyone spoke to this 73 old solo traveler and made me feel welcome.
