「The staff was extremely hospitable. From the receptionist to the waiters, the director of dining (who personally prepared a to go bag of local spices per my request) and bar man. Everyone on the property made you feel like your satisfaction was their utmost priority. The hotel was also immaculately clean with vibrant decor in all areas. It’s an hour drive from downtown Mumbai but well worth the commute. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「Please don’t go by the pictures online (the rooms/hotel are so much nicer in real life) I did that’s why I left it to last before I visited for a possible booking. I arrived early morning but the hotel was full so I was unable to see a room, but after speaking with Rahul Harne (morning duty manager) & later I spoke with Siddhesh Berde (F & B Executive) over a nice cup of coffee, I decided to book.
