「Although I paid for continental breakfast, they did not serve it. Their breakfast start late at 9:30. Even after requesting for early breakfast they didn't start it. Staff behaviour was rude and they never adjust.」

「Very Good property. I stayed in Club room which were spacious by any standard, newly renovated they had premium bathroom fittings and toiletries. The mattress was so good that I have back ache which seemed to disappear miraculously. The breakfast spread was ideal for a corporate traveler - not too much and yet enough. To top it they give you a newspaper in the mornings which was the highlight for me. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent when it comes to ambiance as well as food quality and...

「The staff was extremely hospitable. From the receptionist to the waiters, the director of dining (who personally prepared a to go bag of local spices per my request) and bar man. Everyone on the property made you feel like your satisfaction was their utmost priority. The hotel was also immaculately clean with vibrant decor in all areas. It’s an hour drive from downtown Mumbai but well worth the commute. I highly recommend this hotel.」
