We had a blast! But what made it even better was Dennis, one of the security guards. We were a hot mess when we arrived and didn’t know a thing about what to do or where to go. Dennis was the first person to jump in and help us out. Always greeted us with a big smile and always took time to talk to us to make sure we were pleased with our stay! Dennis is fantastic and deserves every type of promotion or raise!!!

There weren’t enough elevators for this property. We were on the 11th floor, and we had to take the stairs the majority of our trip. Apparently, this property is where all the high school and college partiers are dropped off to hang out and party. The room we stayed in needs to be renovated and needs new beds.

Room was great. Pool is awesome. Beach spot is very nice. Biggest complaint is the parking and elevator situation. Parking is a nightmare. No communications and mass confusion. Elevator situation was a nightmare. Long waits (20+ minutes) with over crowded elevators.

AC in the condo was great. Great view. But bed is wore out!!! Furniture wore out. Paito furniture wore out an rusted an falling apart. Parking wasn't explained. Night mare it's self..

Needs a big update

Tv didn’t work, ice machine in condo didn’t work, parking is horrible and very narrow, door to room was rusted. All the bad reviews I’ve read is true. Stay clear of this place it is trash

We had to fix the sweeper in our room we had to fix a chair at the kitchen table the leg was about to break off the parking was okay other than trying to get up and down the elevator that was always one of them broke and always busy other than that it was decent but I don't think I would ever stay here again not for the money that I spent for the room

The overall property was very pretty. There is a few issues on cleanliness that need addressed that I will not post on here. The king bed in one of our rooms is broken and I had to sleep on the couch because you will roll off to the floor. I’m pretty sure it’s the box springs that are broken. Overall it was a nice trip but will stay somewhere else next year.

Its ok

Condo was a good size for family, although bathrooms were very small. Mattresses were uncomfortable. Condo unit itself was clean, but the outside felt a little rundown and dirty. The parking deck is a nightmare to navigate, and the elevators were long waits everyday. Not a bad stay, but the parking deck and elavators will probably be the deal breaker for me.

I had the worst experience with this condo ever in my life. We didn’t get to get into the condo until 6 PM or after and one of the bedrooms smell like feet. Also, the shower curtain was disgusting from the master bedroom.

The AC did not properly work. I set it to 68 and it never moved from 75. An HVAC came t the apartment but it was never fixed. Other than that, things were great.

It is the smallest condo (all that end in 10), the bunk beds are right by the main entrance, it wasn’t clean. The kitchen is so small there is one drawer and barely any cabinet space. The dryer is so noisy you have to run it when you are not in. The elevators is a nightmare!! Sometimes after waiting for 20 minutes we went up the stairs 12 floors. Our parking space was on the 12th floor of the parking lot and it took forever to get in out.
