No nos hospedamos. El 14 de marzo cancelé la reservacion con Expedia y también directamente con el hotel. Estoy esperando aún el reembolso. Me llegó un aviso de Marriott International con la consigna de aceptar cualquier cancelación y reembolsar por el tema de Covid19. Realmente confío en que lo harán.

Work Travel

This hotel is older, but it's very well located for a work trip, I was very close to all my partners/meetings. The service is great and the gym is fully equipped/full size.

Great value 4 star hotel

Extremely good value for money with an executive club room and executive lounge access with complimentary breakfast, snacks, soft drinks and a light dinner. The rooms are spacious with a bath. The fitness centre has excellent facilities including a steam room and a sauna plus an outdoor swimming pool (quiet dark because of the surrounding skyscrapers-shame it’s not on the roof). Only downside is that the interior is quite dark and would require brighter lighting. Otherwise there is Habano’s cafe with it’s ladies of the night just across the road if you’re into that kind of nightlife!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean. Very nice people. The food is great too. Our cousin got married here. The most beautiful wedding ever.

Watch out your wrong payment

The food, assistants are good. But when i made a checkout there was a wrong payment which they admitted and they still don’t refund me even though it has past 3 weeks. So i emailed but the assistant charged me again $22. Now the hotel has to cancel $44 but there is no response. Very irresponsible.

Expected better English from staff, esp dining room. Kiosk for boarding passes did not work and neither did printer in business lounge. Phone from room would not connect to operator. when we asked for a city cab we were put into a hotel "White Car", which could bill the hotel for our ride at 3 times city cab rate. Room was larger than I expected and comfortable

I stayed in this property after at least 10 years again and was shocked that nothing changed. Same old outdated furniture, the gym is smaller than my pantry and it seems that the hotel stayed in time. Maybe marriott feels that name is enough to attract customer but NO. I wouldn't recommend this property since there are so many more and upscaled places to stay. Opposite side of the hotel is a night bar and I understand that some business travelers love to stay here...

Property is run down, and they advertise a sports bar which is closed. the only restaurant is the lobby bar/ restaurant. The entire menu is 1 page, extremely limited. The entire floor I stayed on had a very strong stench of mold and mildew.
