「The resort location is near to the train station. It is convenient and the environment is very comfortable. The resort is very good for relaxation. One thing is needed to improve is lack of staff to manager the swimming pool.」

「They had a hot tub and a spa and large room. Their food was delicious and cheaper than i thought. The downside they had fewer staff outside the pool area to ask for help. The best thing they had the best customer service at the front desk, we had to ask them a big favor since expedia had a glitch on our reservation and they allowed 4 of us to stay in the family room instead of 3 without charging us an extra fee.😊」

「Overall, my stay was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious with a large, clean bathroom. Good value for money. However, the bed sheets weren’t changed during my stay despite what was mentioned in the description, and there was no toaster or iron. The window couldn’t be opened, so the room felt a bit dark in the mornings. Apart from these small issues, everything else was fine and comfortable.」

The sea view apartment has a great view. Kitchen was well equipped except that there was no pan among the utensils. We see a paper towel rack but no paper towel. Suggest to provide paper towel as well as aluminum foil for use in the oven. It was hard to clean with the cookie sheet after used. Check in time was 15:00 but we...

「Located in a great spot by the beach with great restaurants all around. Host desk Staff was unkind to wife Friday night when she came to ask them for info on where to find meds due to food poisoning from (we strongly think) their food. Past that, everything was perfect」

「We love off the beaten path places to stay. This place was lovely right next to a nature preserve with a gorgeous view of the cliffs on the ocean. The beach is not easily accessible. The staff is what really made the place stand out. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and give us suggestions for restaurants and excursions. I would highly recommend.」
