「Quiet location in the centre of Palma. Lovely old style suite with sandstone walled interior. Friendly reception staff & barman. Good wi-fi. The cleaning staff were a bit hit & miss - had to go to reception for towels, coffee, etc, but room was very clean. This hotel is very good, but the service inconsistencies need addressing.」

It exudes elegance from the moment you enter the courtyard and the room didn’t disappoint- we stayed in the Royal Suite which has a private terrace with a view of the cathedral and King’s garden, a real gem of a find. The staff are so obliging, especially at breakfast which provides a real personal touch. The spa is a must, we had 2 hours of fun in the pool mixed with real indulgence and relaxation.
